Chad Frank has 8 years combined experience with Forest County Potawatomi gaming enterprises. He started working as a Security Officer at the Casino in Carter in 1996. In 1998 he transferred to the Surveillance Department with the Gaming Commission.
Chad took some time away from gaming to attend Nicolet College where he studied Building Trades as well as Information Technology. In 2008 he completed the Internship Program for the Gaming Commission. Chad made his return to gaming in 2009 taking a position in Surveillance in both Milwaukee and Carter, where he worked his way up to Surveillance Supervisor.
In 2011 Chad was appointed by Executive Council to serve as a Gaming Commissioner. Just a year later, he was elected Vice-Chairman and within that same year, became Chairman of the Gaming Commission. Chad has been the Chairman of the Gaming Commission since 2012.
Ken George, Jr., has nearly ten years’ experience in gaming regulation. In just three years, he received an appointment to Commissioner of the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission. Two years later, he rose to the office of the chairmanship and currently serves as Vice Chairman. His primary duties include regulatory oversight of the Potawatomi Milwaukee casino.
Mr. George, Jr., has specific knowledge and expertise in Compliance, Audit, Surveillance, Slots and Cage operations. He has direct involvement in Hotel operations and Internet gaming.
Mr. George, Jr., serves as the Midwest Delegate on the National board of the NTGC/R (National Tribal Gaming Commissioners/Regulators). His related educational experience includes certification as a Gaming Commissioner and certification in Gaming Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Ken served for eight years as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Marine Corps. His active duty included serving in the combat zone in the Gulf War of 1990-91.
Ken George sr. Has been working for the Tribe in many capacities from Tribal Chairman, Vice Chairman to Tribal Veterans Director
Ken has been in gaming since 2006 serving as the contact for the new construction of the casino in Carter Wisconsin And in Milwaukee Wisconsin He is also actively involved in the new surveillance system installed in both property’s.
Ken has gotten his education in Indian Law, Business Law and Personal Management, in Madison Law school, Stevens Point, and Mount scenario college in Ladysmith Wis. He is a Marine Corps veteran serving from 1965 to 1972 and in the Viet Nam War in 1967 to 1968.
JR Holmes has been in gaming for 20+ years. He started with Potawatomi Gaming when it was in it’s infancy in 1989.

JR Holmes is a member of the Potawatomi's Tribal Veterans’ Post #1, and served in Vietnam in 1967-1968.
