Forest County Potawatomi Community Gaming Operations History

FCPC gaming began at the bingo hall in Carter, Wisconsin in 1991. In 1992, the Carter bingo hall expanded to Northern Lights Casino. Since then, the now named Potawatomi Carter Casino and Hotel, has expanded to include over 500 slot machines, table games, restaurants, convention center, and hotel.

Potawatomi Hotel & Casino (hereafter "PHC") first opened its doors on March 7, 1991 as a bingo hall with approximately 300 team members in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The first slot machines were added in 1992 following the signing of the State of Wisconsin/Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Compact. Over the years, PHC has grown into an entertainment destination offering a variety of gaming options, including bingo, slot machines, table games, poker, and off-track betting, banquet and meeting space, restaurants, and a hotel. PHC now welcomes more than six (6) million guests annually with its nearly 3,000 employees.
